Charging Station for wireless device

The Product:

Respiree Pte Ltd needed a charging station for their wireless sensor. The station has two uses - as a charging station and as a gateway to communicate with the cloud. Devices placed on the station will wireless transmit data to a gateway for transfer to a cloud platform.

What we did:

- Casing design

- PCB design (for charging)

- Small volume production

What we learnt:

- PCB design for electronics charging (cooling requirements and other requirements)

- Designing a PCB for auto-switching (power for charging and transmitting)
