From concept to installation in under 3 weeks

A client in the energy services industry was interested in using 3D Printing to produce parts quickly and as needed for their deep sea vessels.

Working from a photo of the existing part and iterating through 2 prototypes and fittings, we managed to deliver a final design in under 2 weeks.

Once approved, we produced 100 pieces via MJF 3D Printing and delivered them across the world to the vessels.
